Founders may use Outlier to analyze pitch decks for the purpose of improving their fundraising readiness. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All analysis outputs are provided for informational purposes and remain the property of Outlier, LLC. You retain full ownership of your uploaded pitch deck and all content contained within it. You grant Outlier a limited, non-exclusive license to process your deck solely for the purpose of generating your benchmarking report.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Outlier does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Analysis outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment or fundraising advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Outlier, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if Outlier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service.
